The University of Mind Goalies of the Month for February 2025
We are excited to announce our Goalies of the Month for February, celebrating three outstanding netminders whose remarkable performances have significantly contributed to their teams' successes.

Joshua Ravensbergen – Prince George Cougars (WHL)
Joshua Ravensbergen has been a cornerstone for the Prince George Cougars, delivering a 7-2-0-0 record in February with a 3.27 GAA and a .917 SV%. His exceptional play has propelled the Cougars into the 2025 WHL Playoffs, with Ravensbergen currently ranking second in wins among WHL goaltenders. Notably, he earned WHL Save of the Night twice in February, showcasing his agility and composure under pressure. His perseverance and dedication have not gone unnoticed, as he is now a top prospect for the upcoming 2025 NHL Draft.
Burke Hood – Vancouver Giants (WHL)
In his rookie season, Burke Hood has been nothing short of spectacular for the Vancouver Giants. He posted a 4-4-1-0 record in February with a 3.08 GAA and a .914 SV%. Hood's remarkable 46-save performance against the Tri-City Americans, despite a 3-2 overtime loss, underscored his resilience and skill. His sprawling save against the Everett Silvertips earned him the WHL Save of the Night. Hood's consistent excellence has been instrumental in the Giants' competitiveness this season.
Armaan Kaila – Tri-City Americans (WHL)
Armaan Kaila’s outstanding performances in the PIJHL with the Langley Trappers earned him a well-deserved call-up to the Tri-City Americans. With a 1-1-0-0 record, a 2.75 GAA, and a .903 SV% in February, his strong play and consistent effort have proven he’s ready for the next level. Kaila continues to impress with his dedication and mindset between the pipes.
These three goaltenders exemplify a confident goalie mindset and a hunger for the puck. We are proud to recognize Joshua Ravensbergen, Burke Hood, and Armaan Kaila as our Goalies of the Month for February.
